PRESS RELEASE

Barcelona, Spain, February 26, 2024 - Rapid.Space demonstrates at MWC 2024 a new version of Open Radio Station compatible with band N77. Hall 5 of the MWC 2024 was been entirely covered with 5G SA signal thanks to a single N77 ORS with low-gain antennae and under 1W power. Archos X67 phones were used to demonstrate resilient video streaming and instant messaging within the private 5G network created by the ORS.

ORS is available in 25 bands including N77, N78 and N79.

A new version of ORS hardware featuring new proprietary 100 Mhz transceiver was displayed at Rapid.Space booth. It is expected to be available in all new ORS batches during Q2 2024 once it is integrated into Amarisoft stack by Rapid.Space teams.
